The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
Course Overview
The BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management course is suitable for peole who provide leadership and guidance to others and take responsibility for the effective functioning and performance of the team and its work outcomes.
The course is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, coordinators and those in middle management positions.
- This qualification can lead to the BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management or can contribute to other Diploma qualifications.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management. You will need to have access to a computer and the internet to complete work away from the classroom and to do research in your own time. You will also need to complete a Language, Literacy and numeracy test to assess your skill levels.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Credit Transfer
If you work in the industry,have had prior experience or would like to seek recognition for a combination of skills and experience, RPL and/or Credit Transfer is available for this course. Course Duration
Learners will need to complete 678 hours of study, combining face to face tuition and home study. Learners will attend classes three days a week for nine weeks and have up to 12 months to complete all formative and summative assessment. Learners will also undertake a small work placement component for 1 week.
Accreditation
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management qualification which is nationally accredited.
Cost: $3120 at campus or $2920 pay online.
